We will review it immediately to offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or platform credit. Cancellations: Orders may be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled baking/pickup date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery are non-refundable once preparation has begun.
